Hello Everyone! My name is Allison Simon (formerly Moryl, hence "Moryl Design"), and I'm a freelance Art Director and Graphic Designer here in Los Angeles. My background has primarily always been in print design, with an emphasis on publishing. Last year I took a Web Design I class at Art Center in Pasadena, and I'm hoping to continue my web education with this class. My goal is to eventually be able to offer web services to my clients, but I have to say I find this stuff pretty challenging!

As for cross-browser compatibility, I'm embarrassed to admit I really don't have much of a strategy for testing it beyond opening it in the different browsers on my computer :(. And I honestly had no idea anyone actually used Internet Explorer anymore, so clearly I have a lot to learn! Luckily, I haven't built up the confidence to offer web services in exchange for money, so no one's been hurt...yet.

Anyway, wish me luck, as I will be needing it!
